  1. I really like the name of your magazine and I think it will work well as it is related to music. I like that you are going to use washed out photos which I think will work really well and I like that you are going to use handwritting fonts which I think will look good.

  2. I think your magazine idea is good, there aren't many well know acoustic magazines which means it would work quite well. I love the name 'unplugged' as it really relates to your genre and it has a ring to it as a magazine. I like the idea of incorporating sketches as it makes it different and would appeal to your target audience (which is realistic).

  3. In a real world product, you'd have to consider the fact that "acoustic music" is a fairly small genre in the grand scheme of things - you'd have to make up for it's small audience by having fairly interesting and grabbing stuff inside it that would actually give people a reason to pick it up. This isn't a real magazine though, so no worries.

I do like the idea of using washed out photographs and neutral colours though - it fits nicely with the genre and portrays the magazine in a very 'cosy' way.

  4. I think that the design of the magazine really fits in well with the layout, but you need to make sure there is enough for people to want to buy the magazine, as acoustic music is a very niche market. Maybe you could try and centre the magazine around folk & soft rock.
